Tuesday Mental Training Tip
RECHARGE. We now head into Christmas Break. Similar to the seasons end, take this time to rest. Head back home and re- charge. Mentally this is important. We always want to keep the passion that we have for playing this position and the drive to improve on a daily basis. The break coming up is needed and can help us re-charge and give us some time to re-establish our goals and objectives heading into the 2nd half of the season.
