CONFIDENCE Having confidence is having a mental state of "faith". It is a personal belief of knowing that "I can". Both preparation and success are 2 attributes that build an athletes confidence level. If you are still in action right now relate to your success and continue to prepare daily. Prepare in your 1v1 sessions by staying on top of your strengths. Continue to take pride in the small details of your game that make a difference. Rebound control should be dominant in your game. Traffic management is key! Facing traffic typically comes on the penalty kill, and if you kill these off you give your team loads of confidence and momentum! Build your faith in yourself by knowing that you can and will play strong for your team.
