Robidoux Pushes Aside 26; Terriers Clinch First Place
The Portage Terriers clinched first place last night with a physical 3-1 win over the Steinbach Pistons. The Terriers looked out matched early in the first period, and head coach and GM Blake Spiller says "I didn't think our forward group was good until 7 or 8 minutes left in the first period; our back end played well the whole game". Zac Robidoux played great turning aside all 13 shots he faced in the first. Robidoux, finished the night with 26 saves for the win.
