Regina Pats goaltender Matt Hewitt stopped all 23 shots he faced Thursday night to end the teams winless streak. Awarded the games 2nd star award in front of a home crowd of 3,544 at the Brandt Centre. Both goaltenders, Hewitt and Siemens, each faced 23 shots. Taking the lossing result Prince Albert's Luke Siemens allowed three goals against as the Pats won the game 3-0, scoring one goal in the second and two in the third period.
