This season, Iwan has been solid again after being traded to the Virden Oil Capitals. He went 19-16 in 35 games this season but, once again, proved the playoffs are where he shines brightest. In a first-round win over Swan Valley, the veteran keeper put up a 2.27 goals against average and an incredible .933 save percentage. With 19 MJHL playoff victories, 3 ANAVET Cup victories and one win at the Royal Bank Cup under his belt, there isn't a more proven playoff goaltender in the league.
